What a company! They came right after a snow storm and shovelled from the front all the way to the back of my house in order to install my thermopump. They did a fantastic job. Peter Shapiro is amazing. So professional, kind and reassuring. Whenever I have called, he has returned my calls very quickly and immediately fixed anything I asked him to. One of the workers however, commented that my garage heaters had asbestos on them and that I should remove them with a face mask. Which I stupidly did, not thinking about the dangers of asbestos. Oh well, I'm still alive! Having interviewed dozens of companies to change my heating system, they surpassed all the companies by miles, taking the time to assess my situation. Trust them, they are amazing, I highly recommend them.

Needed to replace my HVAC system this summer after a few years of issues. Got 5 quotes, and had worked with 2 companies over the 11 years of my previous HVAC system for various issues. Met with Peter after finding Industrie Garanties through Costco. Peter was knowledgeable, organized, and calmly reasonable as we considered various options for replacing the system. My house is old and replacing the system was not simple (nothing seems to be simple in this house...). Installation done and everything is purring perfectly, with what I think is the best system I could have ended up with. Strongly recommended.
